纳拓润滑技术(上海)有限公司成立于2003年，目前已发展成为集科研、开发、生产经营为一体的环保新材料生产制造企业，专业从事润滑油、高端润滑脂及防水密封材料的研发和生产，公司自成立以来，致力为各行业解决设备摩擦问题，并为客户提供专业定制的润滑方案和品质保障，在人工智能设备，家用电器、汽车、轨道交通，等领域取得辉煌成绩，完成众多大型设备的润滑设施配套服务，并顺利成为多家客户指定品牌供应商。公司按照国家CNAS标准建立检验中心，获得ISO9001、TS16949等认证，并且被政府认定为“高新技术企业”。
纳拓润滑先后加入中国润滑脂协会、ELGI、NLGI:并与上海、江苏一些大学达成产学研合作，同时与常州大学合作成立硕士研究生工作站。

成功研发疫情防护设备专用润滑产品。
2019
积极响应国家“一带一路"号召，纳拓润滑成为印尼雅万高铁项目的特级供应商。 “纳拓新材料研究院"大楼建成并配备价值1000万元以上的高端进口检测、检验以及台架设备。
2016
签订泰国、马来西亚、以色列等海外业务，供应纳拓全系列产品。
2015
成为奔驰，宝马，奥迪等，知名汽车零部件指定供应商。
2014
纳拓润滑技术(上海)有限公司正式成立 纳拓润滑技术江苏有限公司成立,并开始买入厂区、厂房、设备，建设现代化的工厂。 从国外购入多种检测设备专门用于润滑脂的研发。 纳拓润滑又新建立了一些台架测试，更进一步加强润滑脂的应用性能检测。 纳拓润滑与吉隆坡、新加坡地铁项目展开合作，供应纳拓盾构全系列产品。 纳拓润滑轴承接管纳克润滑剂部的所有客户服务业务。纳拓全新一代磺酸钙润滑脂开始用在北台。
